I’m trying to drink more green juices or at least it was my new year resolution, but I usually go for the ingredients that I know work well and I’m sure I will like them. I promise I will work on some new detox juices but I still have a few good recipes to share with you. One of my favourites juices to hydratate my body with something delicious is this Multivitamin Juice. I will not drink a green juice that I don’t like, my green juices are usually a combination of vegetables & fruits to make them taste nice and fruity.
This is the first juice recipe I’ve posted in my blog and this recipe comes after I enjoyed a green juice with my friend Nai. She is really into green juices and recommended that I try this mix of ingredients. It worked out really well, thank you Nai! It has pushed me to add green juice into my breakfast more. After this beetroot green juice you should feel healthy and satisfied!

This delicious and fresh beetroot juice with lemon & ginger will get you into detox juices with this
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 1 cup of lamb lettuce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger or more to taste
- 1 1/2 cup of cold water
If you are using fresh ingredients, use a juicer or if using frozen ingredients, place the frozen banana and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Then strain and serve immediately with ice and some lemon slices.
*Add more lemon to taste, I like lots of lemon juice.
*You can substitute the apple for a pear.
