Discover how to make a delicious and easy to prepare Berry Fruit Salad for Summer. I love berries, in fact, this has become one of my favourite fruit salad recipes. I think the lime & honey dressing really makes it special.
This Berry Fruit salad is made of seasonal berries tossed in a quick and easy lime & honey dressing. If you feel like making it at anytime during the year you can use frozen berries as well. This salad is tastier the longer you can let it soak in its juices. That is why I usually make it in advance and let it rest 2-3 hours in the fridge.
It is the perfect light & refreshing dessert for Summer. I made it for dessert but then also have it as a snack. It makes a bowl full of antioxidants, what is fantastic! Berries are rich in flavonoids, a powerful antioxidants that help prevent diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease or hypertension.
Do you want to try it? Yes you do, because this isn’t just any old fruit salad, this is a fruit salad full of my favorite berries, lemon, lime, honey, and a secret ingredient: fresh mint.
Although I have written the recipe below, you won’t even need it to make this easy berry fruit salad. Chopping fruit is all you need to know, then stir in the dressing and voilà. It will take you only 10 minutes!
