Have you tried Green Hummus? Easy & healthy recipe adds a little kick to the classic! Hummus is one of my favourites dips, I make it nearly every week and I have ended up with a long list of hummus recipes, among them is this green hummus that I had made hundreds times. Which is your favourite hummus?
I can’t make up my mind, I love all of them but I never have enough of this green hummus. I enjoy it as a dip or combined with main meals for some extra creaminess. This hummus goes well with crunchy veggies like celery, cucumber and edamame beans. Whirled with handfuls of spinach, spring onion and fresh herbs like parsley. It’s a great way to change up the ordinary hummus and perfect for healthy and colourful dipping!
This hummus takes less than 10 minutes to make, taste absolutely delicious. Homemade hummus just tastes more…fresh, than store-bought. Not to mention, it is much healthier and you can customize it to your taste.
If you are a regular hummus eater, as I am, you would need more recipes, have you tried these? Chickpea Hummus, Pumpkin Hummus with Peanuts, Healthy Cauliflower Hummus or this hearty Lentil Hummus. I can’t wait to come up with more hummus ideas! Suggestions?!
