- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 big apple
- 10 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 mandarins or 1 orange, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 3 cups water + ice cubes to taste
Use a juicing machine if you have it, if not a regular blender does the job. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and then strain with a juice filter bag or nut milk bag.
