The two things I need this winter are: overnight oats with peanut butter & creamy porridge. When I wake up at 6.30 I feel like a zombie but once I realise that my overnight oats are sitting in the kitchen ready for me to devour helps me get over my tiredness. I enjoy breakfast so much, I always wake up hungry and never ever leave home without it. After this breakfast you will be ready for whatever the day throws at you.
It is difficult to find a healthier breakfast option than overnight oats. It is not a new breakfast food and there is probably no need for a recipe because it is so simple to make but once you try the recipe below you will be able to make your own overnight oats.

Overnight Oats with Peanut butter, it tastes incredibly indulgent while being a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Have you tried overnight oats?
- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plant based milk (almond milk works well)
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 banana, peanuts, blueberries
Add the rolled oats to your container and pour in the milk, peanut butter, sesame seeds, cinnamon and honey. Close and shake to combine. Place in fridge and enjoy the next morning.
Add whatever toppings you want, I chose banana slices, blueberries and nuts.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
