I don’t think I have ever received a gift for Valentine’s. I much prefer going out for dinner or even better skipping the crowded restaurants and making a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at home. So why not show your special someone that you really care and cook for them at home this Valentine’s day? For your starter why not try these Crispy Pear & Cheese Pastries while this Pan Fried Salmon with a delicious Basil Sauce is the perfect main course. For dessert, these Cheesecake Jars topped with strawberries can be whipped up in about 25 minutes, and can be made the day before. This is an easy and elegant dinner for two.
Dating a vegetarian? Then this is the menu for you! My hearty Quinoa Stuffed Zucchini is the perfect main course. It tastes absolutely delicious. I also made a quick appetizer with guacamole. For dessert, this Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse; luxurious & delicious.
And last but not least a menu for the Italian Food Lovers. This Creamy Risotto with Pears will delight Italian food lovers.
