Servings: 2 glasses
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 big apple
  • 10 strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 mandarins or 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
  • 3 cups water + ice cubes to taste
  1. Use a juicing machine if you have it, if not a regular blender does the job. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and then strain with a juice filter bag or nut milk bag.
