This Homemade Granola Recipe requires only 4 Ingredients and 10'. It's a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack naturally sweetened.
Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together oats, chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds in a big bowl.
Add the honey and mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 20', stay around to stir the granola after 10'. Leave to cool before trying it, I know it is difficult to wait.
Store it in an airtight container and it will be good up to two weeks.
*Make it vegan adding agave or brown rice syrup instead of honey.
*Make it even sweeter by adding 1 full cup of honey or sub honey for maple syrup.
*Can't find pumpkin seeds, add sunflower seeds or leave them out, no problem.
*Make it your way and add your favourite nuts such us walnuts or hazelnuts.
