Ingredients
  • 1 cup (125g) blackberries (best frozen)
  • 2 cups of kale, steam removed
  • 1 banana (best frozen in slices)
  • 2 cm of ginger root, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice (can be substituted for water)
Instructions
  1. Add the kale to a blender and blend for a few seconds. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. If too thick, add more orange juice or water.

  2. Taste and adjust ingredients to suit your taste.
