This Chia Pudding recipe is the best way to fall in love with chia seeds. Are you ready to give this super food a go?

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup vegetable milk or regular, I used almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave
  • Fresh fruit: I used 1 peach
  • Nuts: 1 tsp dried coconut
  1. In a cup, whisk the almond milk with 3Tbsp of chia seeds. Add the syrup, the cinnamon and ground ginger. Let stand for at least 1h or cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Next morning stir to distribute the seeds. Add the toppings and serve.

Recipe Notes

*Use your favourite milk, depending on the type of milk you use your chia pudding will become more or less creamy
