Healthy blueberry smoothie with spinach. A filling and extra creamy smoothie with all the health benefits of blueberries.

  • 1/2 cup kefir or natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup (220 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, washed and drained
  1. Place all ingredients in the jar and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

*Add 1/2 cup extra of spinach for a greener smoothie.
