Mango & Chocolate Popsicles! Creamy & delicious popsicles requiring just 15 minutes and 3 ingredients. Do they remind you of anything? They are inspired by my favourite childhood ice-cream, the Colaject, it’s a rocket shaped ice pop. When I found these ice-cream moulds in London I couldn’t resist buying them but you can use this recipe with any ice-cream moulds you have. The result is these sweet, soft and beautiful popsicles. Make them now!
I remember making popsicles when I was young, I used to make them with yogurt and fruit. It was my cold treat after lunch every day. Even as a child, I always chose natural yogurt, I love the bitterness of it. Today, we are going to blend fresh mangos, organic natural yogurt and a drop of water together to fill our popsicle moulds. You can also make this recipe vegan and dairy free by substituting the yogurt for coconut milk which will make your popsicles even creamier.
These mango & chocolate popsicles are 80% fruit so you can enjoy these guilt free. You can buy my mould on the Lékué webpage or you can use whatever mould you have at home. I really like this brand because the quality of the mould is excellent and the popsicles come out so easily. The only tricky step is covering the tip with chocolate but it is the most delicious part of the popsicles, so it is worthwhile doing it.
Make big batches because everybody will want one. They have disappeared from my freezer. They are the perfect treat for kids as well with their high fruit content.
I look forward to seeing your photos with the hashtag #shoothecook and love reading your comments below. I hope you like these popsicles and see you son!

Mango & Chocolate Popsicles! Creamy, delicious popsicles requiring just 15 minutes and 3 ingredients. Make the most delicious and healthy popsicles at home!
- 2 cups mango (1ud)
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 2/3 cup water
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Taste and add honey (or sugar) if you want.
Pour the mango yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds then insert the popsicle stick. Let them freeze for about 3-4 hours at least.
To remove them from the molds easily dip the bottom of the mold in warm water for 5 seconds.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a water bath or microwave on low heat. Let the chocolate cool off a bit. Dip the tip of the popsicles in the chocolate.
The coconut oil should make the chocolate harden quickly. You can eat them directly or keepp them in the freezer for later.
