This recipe for a classic acai bowl has only four ingredients and is absolutely delicious. It really feels like you are eating healthy ice-cream!

  • 4 packets (400g) frozen acai puree (I used the unsweetened version from Amazonia)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup liquid of your choice (water, orange juice, kefir, non-dairy milk- I used orange juice)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • homemade granola
  • shredded coconut
  • chopped nuts & seeds
  • sliced fresh banana
  1. In a high-powered blender, combine the acai puree, frozen banana, and 1/4 cup of liquid (I used orange juice) Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, berries, coconut or whatever toppings you wish!
